Survey Terms and Conditions

The survey is open to South African consumers over the age of 18 years old with a valid South African ID document, who have followed or interacted with Bronchostop Facebook in the period January 2023 – October 2025. It excludes the employees of iNova Pharmaceuticals and their immediate families, advertising and promotion agencies and associated companies.
The survey will run from 1st November 2024 to the 30th January 2025
The consumer must complete the survey on the Bronchostop website and agree to the terms and conditions.
The governing law to apply in respect to this survey is that of the Republic of South Africa.
iNova collects personal information (name, surname and email address) to conduct the survey and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to suppliers and as required, to South African regulatory authorities.
All survey completions become the property of iNova. iNova will use the content of surveys for the purpose of future advertising materials and claims.
