The competition is open to all consumers in the Republic of South Africa, except the employees of iNova Pharmaceuticals and their immediate families, advertising and promotion agencies and associated companies.
Participation constitutes acceptance of the rules and instructions pertaining to this competition and entrants agree to abide by these rules.
The competition commences on the 1st September 2023 and will close on 31st October 2023. Entries received after the end of the Competition Period will not be considered.
To enter consumers need to purchase any Bronchostop product and swipe their Dis-Chem Benefits Card.
Dis-Chem will randomly selected 10 winners that have entered the competition through the Dis-Chem Benefits Card. The selected winners will win a share of R10 000 Dis-Chem Benefits Rewards. A single person can only win once within the 8 weeks.
The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize is not transferable, and no substitution of prizes is permitted.
The governing law to apply in respect of this promotion is that of the Republic of South Africa.
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as planned iNova reserves the right to (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion.
